Scott has been in the automotive collision industry for 12 years now. He began his career as a automotive detailer. Wanting more of a challenge, quickly transitioned into the parts department where he promoted to parts manager. Scott’s desire to learn all aspects of the repair industry landed him his next role as an appraiser. Scott has been currently appraising damage for all major insurance companies for the last 7 years and is I-Car Platinum certified.

Dawn started in the automotive industry in 1999 with Automotive Collision Technologies, Inc and has witnessed the company growing from 1 location in a small 4000 sq ft building to now 5 locations all across MD. She has done everything with the company from Customer Service Representative to Managing a location but is most passionate about helping customers and working with them on a one on one basis. She has been in this location since December 2011, where she is a Senior Estimator and has a great working relationship with every Insurance Company. It is her goal to make the “inconvenience” of being involved in an accident as painless as possible for all of her Customers. Dawn is I-Car and PPG MVP Greenbelt Certified.
