Todd McNeill, Manager

Todd began his career in the automotive industry with a major insurance company in 1996. He quickly moved into a management position where he stayed for over 11 years before moving from the insurance side, to the repair facility industry. Todd has been managing the Randallstown location for 4 years. Todd is I-Car Platinum and PPG MVP Greenbelt certified.

Mary Clarke, Estimator

Mary first started in the automotive industry in 1985 as a cashier for a dealership. After progressing into other administrative positions, she then became a trained estimator. She has been an estimator for ACT for 3 years. Mary is I-Car Platinum certified.

Amber Ireland, Estimator

I have been in the automotive industry for about 8 years now. I started off doing minor interior repairs for a small company. Then made the move to a body shop in 2004, where I started off as a painter’s helper. I had the opportunity to learn so much there. After about 7 months in the paint shop I moved into the office and starting learning the administrative side of things and from there started learning how to write estimates. I was there for two years before going to work for a major insurance company for about 4 years. Having an insurance background greatly helps when writing for multiple companies and understanding their expectations. Even though I learned a lot while working for an insurance company, I did prefer working at a body shop. So in 2010 I made the move back to this side of the fence.
